Welcome to Revenge of Eve’s MONDAY MORNING MANTRA Every Monday I shuffle and draw two playing cards from two sources, a field set and a deck. The field set boasts encouragement, self-love, objectives and focus whereas the deck affirms our particular person energy. I then use the 2 playing cards to information me all through the week. I place the playing cards on my fridge as a visible reference and I write them each day in my journal as written reference. If I discover myself experiencing undesirable feelings or difficult ideas I seek advice from the playing cards drawn. I've discovered this to be an empowering and highly effective train.
