MONDAY MORNING MANTRA

Every Monday I shuffle and draw two playing cards from two sources, a field set and a deck. The field set boasts encouragement, self-love, objectives and focus whereas the deck affirms our particular person energy. I then use the 2 playing cards to information me all through the week. I place the playing cards on my fridge as a visible reference and I write them each day in my journal as written reference. If I discover myself experiencing undesirable feelings or difficult ideas I seek advice from the playing cards drawn. I've discovered this to be an empowering and highly effective train. One which I made a decision to share with my readers.

Affirmation
Encouragement

This week the playing cards are fairly self-explanatory. It's my hope that you just use them this week to affirm your peace and encourage kindness. If you end up in an unlucky argument or misunderstanding, take a step again…breathe…and launch the have to be proper. Maybe the opposite social gathering is having a tough day. Take the context clues of the state of affairs and consider if you happen to can step down, have some compassion, or be variety sufficient to your self to stroll away. There are various circumstances to the place you'll be able to apply motion to this weeks affirmation. Hone in on mindfulness and buckle down with kindness. You’ll you'll want to have an exquisite week.

What challenges are you able to apply motion to this week? Are you able to develop your show of kindness to your self this week?
