GMC to overview case of GP suspended over laptop computer declare

The case has prompted an outcry from the occupation and led the BMA to name for a 'root and department' overview of the GMC. In the meantime the Docs Affiliation UK and the British Affiliation of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) have written to the Skilled Requirements Authority asking it to overview the case urgently. They're inviting other doctors to sign the letter here . Asserting the overview, GMC chief govt Charlie Massey mentioned the regulator understood there have been 'robust views' in regards to the case.
